Last week we held a number of Open Mornings for Year 6 students and their parents. This gave them a chance to visit a handful of Year 7 lessons and see what life is like on a day to day basis at WCA before they make their final choices. Here's what some of the Parents thought:
"A really nice opportunity to see the school in action. Very friendly staff and students - with special thanks to our guides. It was great to join in with some real lessons, thank you!"
"Very impresses. Children were very well behaved in lessons and full of praise for all staff and teachers. They also expressed how easy the transition from primary to secondary was."
"I found the school to be very clean with both friendly and polite staff and pupils. I found the lessons to be very diverse with a lot of interaction from students and teachers."
"I have been really impresses with how the children and staff have been very informative and welcoming with nothing too much trouble. I would be really happy for my daughter to be part of the West Coventry Academy family."
"Fantastic honest view of the school. All the students look very interested, engaged and enjoying the lessons. Staff are extremely friendly - I can see my son will be very happy here."
